2012-2014年我院门诊质子泵抑制剂应用情况分析

Application of Proton Pump Inhibitors(PPIs ) in a Hospital during 2012- 2014

目的：分析我院门诊质子泵抑制剂（PPIs）的使用情况,为临床合理用药和有效管理提供参考。方法：采用ABC分析法和限定日剂量（DDD）法对PPIs的种类、用量、销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）、日均费用（DDC）和序号比值等数据进行统计分析,并对A类药品和DDDs高的品种进行重点分析。结果：2012-2014年,A类药品占药品总品种数的20.0%-33.3%,B类药品占11.1%-22.2%,C类药品占44.5%-60.0%,其中A类各个药品的销售金额均呈逐年增加趋势。近3年,PPIs的总DDDs和总销售金额呈快速增长趋势,其中埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片（耐信）DDDs连续两年居首位,其销售金额连续3年居首位。大多数PPIs的序号比值接近于1.0。结论：我院PPIs临床应用结构存在不合理现象,尤其是A类药品所占比重偏大,有待加强管理。PPIs的销售金额与用药频度同步性较好,使用基本合理,但仍有改进之处。

Objective ：To analyze the application of proton pump inhibitors in our hospital and provide a reference for rational drug use and the effective management of clinical medication. Methods ：The application of PPIs was analyzed by methods of ABC and DDD in respect of its variety, consumption quantity, consumption sum,DDDs, DDC and serial number ratio. The varieties of type A and those with high DDDs were analyzed selectively.Results ：During 2012- 2014, the drugs of types A, B and C accounted for 20.0% - 33.3%, 11.1% - 22.2%and 44.5% - 60.0%, respectively, in terms of the consumption amount. The consumption sum of drugs of type A increased year by year. In recent 3 years, both the total DDDs and total consumption sum of PPIs increased rapidly. The DDDs of esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets ranked the first for 2 consecutive years, while the consumption sum for 3 consecutive years. The serial number ratios of most of PPIs were near to 1.0. Conclusion ： Unreasonable phenomenon, especially the large proportion of drugs of type A, was observed in the clinical application of PPIs in our hospital, indicating that the management of drug application should be strengthened. The consumption sum and DDDs of PPIs showed a good consistency. The drug application in our hospital is basically rational, though it is still to be further improved.
