Effect Analysis of Control of Drugs Cost Proportion in Total Income of a Hospital

目的:调查和评价我院药占比控制的效果。方法:通过行政干预和药学技术干预控制我院药占比,调查干预前后药占比的变化情况。结果:开展药占比控制后,全院20个科室药占比较干预前平均下降(7.94±3.89)%(P<0.001),医院全院药占比下降4.74%(P<0.001)。结论:行政干预和药学技术干预是控制药占比的有效手段。

Objective： To investigate and evaluate the effect of the control of drug cost proportion in total income in our hospital. Methods ：The drug cost proportion in total income in our hospital was control by administrative and pharmaceutical technological interventions, of which the change before and after interventions was evaluated. Results： The drug cost proportion in twenty department in our hospital average decreased by（7.94±3.89）%（P〈0.001） than before the intervention, the drug cost proportion in total income in our hospital decreased by4.74%（P〈0.001） after interventions. Conclusion： Administrative and pharmaceutical technological interventions are effective means of controlling drug cost proportion in total income of a hospital.
