摘要 目的:探索完善当归饮片质量标准的方法。方法:按照现行标准对收集的37批当归饮片进行检验后,进一步进行二氧化硫残留量及阿魏酸含量测定的研究,探讨更好控制当归饮片质量的方法。结果:37批当归饮片中,13批二氧化硫残留量超过《中国药典》规定标准;阿魏酸含量均符合《中国药典》规定标准。结论:阿魏酸含量测定无法更好反映当归饮片的质量优劣,建议将二氧化硫残留量作为当归饮片必检项目。 Objective: To investigate the method for improvement of quality standard for prepared slices of Angelica sinensis. Methods :Thirty-seven batches of prepared slices of Angelica sinensis were tested according to the current standard, in which the residual sulfur dioxide and ferulic acid contents were further determined for development of better method for quality control of the drug. Results :The residual sulfur dioxide contents in the13 batches out of 37 batches of prepared slices exceeded the standard of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, while the ferulic acid contents were accord with the standard of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Conclusion :The Ferulic acid content determination can not reflect the quality of Angelica sinensis. We suggested that the determination of Residual Sulfur Dioxide should be an indispensable for Angelica sinensis.
