摘要
报道2例使用注射用鹿瓜多肽16 mg患者,分别于使用后10 min,1 min出现过敏性休克症状,予停药和对症处理后缓解,提示临床在使用该药过程中应加强监护,一旦发生不良反应及时处理。
Two cases of allergic shock were reported 10 and 1 min after treatment with cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection respectively, and relieved after withdrawal the drug and symptomatic therapy. It suggests that monitoring should be strengthened during application of the drug and prompt therapy should be given once adverse reaction occurs.
