摘要
现代建筑遗产因其历史特殊性存在诸多现实问题,其中环境是最为重要的一个方面,如何有效地处理和解决这一问题需要找寻合适的原则与方法。本文提出从宏观-整体外部环境→中观-遗产赋存环境→微观-遗产材质类型采取有区别、有步骤地"合理保留"+"科学保存"+"预防性保护"三原则,以期应对这一问题,并提出了几点建议,以期探讨。
Due to the historical reason, The Modern Built Heritage has a lot of problems. One of them is the environmental issue. There has an urgent need for dealing with and resolve those problems. As a result, the author provide a principle, named ＂Reasonable Preservation＂, ＂Scientific Conservation＂ and ＂Preventive Protection＂ which will take the method step by step from the whole outside environment, heritage occurrence environment to the heritage material environment. Furthermore, the author provides some suggestions for future discussion.
