土地混合利用与公共交通一体化对城市空间结构及形态产生极为重要的影响。基于低碳城市空间发展对土地与交通布局要求,采用分层法分别从城市总体规划、分区规划及街区规划三个层面,分析了土地混合利用与公共交通布局关系对各层面城市空间结构及形态可能产生的影响。各层面又分别包含若干可能产生影响的分项内容,各分项内容又包含若干与之相关的子内容。最后总结概括土地混合利用与公共交通一体化在低碳城市发展中的作用,并对二者关系及其在实践中可能面临的问题进行思考。

Mixed land use and public transport integration have an important impact on the urban spatial structure and form. Based on the requirements for land use and transport layout in low carbon urban space development, the article analysed the possible impact of the relationship between mixed land use and public transport layout on urban spatial structure and form at three levels such as urban master plan, district plan and block plan by using the layered method. Each level contains several subcontents which are affected possibly, and each subcontent contains several subitems related to mixed land use and public transport. Finally, concluded and summarized the function of mixed land use and public transport integration in the low carbon urban development, and cogitated their relationship and problem which it will be confronted with in the practice.
