摘要
建筑物由于年久失修、遭遇灾害,其结构性能会发生变化,因此,改造前必须对其进行可靠性鉴定,依据鉴定意见进行改造加固设计。只有做到认真检测、科学评估、周密设计、精心施工,才能确保改造后建筑结构的使用安全。本文详细说明了混凝土结构改造加固的方法,并强调了设计要点。
Building due to disrepair, catastrophes, changes the structure performance, therefore, must be before modification reliability evaluation, according to the appraisal opinions for renovation and design. Only serious detection, scientific appraisal, the careful design, careful construction, to ensure the use safety of modified structure. This paper illustrates the method of strengthening concrete structure transformation, and to emphasize the design key points.
