摘要
基于北斗的海上遇险报警管理系统是将传统的海上安全信息播发、遇险报警与北斗导航和短报文等应用相结合,该系统的使用提高安全信息播发和遇险报警的时效性、准确性和针对性,能够在很大程度上弥补当前海上重大安全信息播发能力的不足、遇险报警发现不及时或无法有效发现的问题,是对现有海上遇险报警管理系统的有益补充,本文主要阐述该系统的主要功能和软硬件构成。
The maritime distress alerting management system based on the BD-Satellite Navigation is conjunction with the traditional maritime safety information broadcast,emergency alarm and BD navigation and short message.The system can improve the timeliness and accuracy of security information broadcast and distress alarm,can solve the problems of the lack of critical safety information broadcast capability of the sea,the shortage of distress alerting,and effective alarm not to find.It is a useful supplement to the existing maritime distress alarm management system.This paper mainly expounds the main functions and software and hardware of the system.
