耳后注射舒血宁与利多卡因治疗中高频下降型突发性聋

Efficacy of postauricular injection of shuxuening combined with lidocaine for intermediate and highfrequency sudden hearing loss

目的探讨耳后注射舒血宁注射液与盐酸利多卡因注射液对中高频下降型突发性聋的治疗效果。方法选取48例中高频下降型突发性聋患者,随机分组,对照组24例,给予激素突击、改善微循环及营养神经等常规治疗,实验组24例,在此治疗基础上给予耳后注射舒血宁注射液0.5 ml与盐酸利多卡因注射液0.3 ml,隔日1次,共3次。结果给药后2周,实验组及对照组总有效率百分比分别为87.5%(21/24)和62.5%(15/24);实验组气导平均听阈提高(20.74±15.19)d B,对照组提高(12.44±9.12)d B,两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳后注射舒血宁注射液与盐酸利多卡因注射液辅助治疗中高频下降型突发性聋较常规治疗方法能够获得更好疗效。

OBJECTIVE To assess the efficacy of postauricular injection of shuxuening combined with lidocaine in treating intermediate and high-frequency sudden hearing loss.METHODS 48 patients with intermediate and high-frequency sudden hearing loss were randomly divided into postaurical injection group（n=24） and control group（n=24）.The control group was given hormone,microcirculation improvement,nutrition of nerve and other conventional treatment.The postauricular injection group received 3 doses of postauricular inject of 0.5ml shuxuening and 0.3ml lidocaine tertian injection in addition to conventional treatments.RESULTS Two weeks after administration,the total effective rates of postauricular injection group 87.5%were significantly higher than that of the control group 62.5%.Pure tone average improved（20.74±15.19）dB on average in the postauricular group,and（12.44±9.12）dB in the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Postauricular injection of shuxuening combined with lidocaine treatment for intermediate and highfrequency sudden hearing loss has better curative effect than that of the conventional treatment.
