摘要 直线磁通切换永磁电机的永磁体和电枢绕组均置于初级,次级仅由导磁铁心组成,结构简单,在长距离驱动系统及短距离高速弹射系统中具有特定优势。应用于长距离驱动系统,可将该类电机的次级导磁铁心沿着长定子轨道铺设,而初级作为短动子,不仅具有高效率、高推力密度的优点,而且次级成本低,降低了驱动系统成本。应用于短距离高速弹射系统,短次级动子铁心置于双边次级定子中间,具有动子结构简单、可靠性高且带负载能力强的优点。本文分别针对长距离驱动系统和短距离高速电磁弹射系统,分析了单边和双边新型磁通切换型直线电机结构、原理、设计规则、电磁性能和驱动系统。研究结果表明该电机在这两类应用场合具有较好的实用价值。 Permanent magnet and armature coil of linear flux-switching motors are all located on its primary, while the secondary is only made of simple iron. Hence, this kind of motors has special advantage on the long distance drive system and high speed lunch system. When this motor used in long distance drive system, the short primary mover is fixed under the bogie of a railway vehicle and the secondary stator is fixed between the iron rails. Hence, this kind of motors incorporates the merits of higher efficiency, higher thrust density and low cost. When this motor used in short distance and higher speed lunch system, the short secondary mover iron is design between double sided long primary stators, which can offer some merits such as simple and high reliability mover, strong ability with load. Based on the long distance drive system and high speed lunch system, the structures, operation principle, general design principle, electromagnetic performance, and drive system of the single and double sided linear flux-switching motors are analyzed in this paper. The research results show that this kind of motors has better practical value.
