摘要
近年来中国油菜产业面临着产量、进口量和库存量"三量齐增"的现实情况,这种看似"不合理"的现象其实是产业发展问题累计导致的必然结果。基于实地调研,阐述了"三量齐增"的成因,揭示其反映出来的产业危机,并提出了相应的解决之道。
In recent years,rapeseed industry faces the situation that output,import and inventory all increase,which is the consequence of accumulated industrial problems.Based on investigation,the author elaborated the cause of enhancement of output,import and inventory,manifested the industrial crisis and presented some solutions.
