我国的国民经济在近年来获得了异常迅速的发展,能源消耗量不断提高,因此对石油的依赖性也变得越来越大。但是,相对而言,我国的石油资源是较为短缺的,深度开采导致原油呈现出越来越严重的劣质化倾向,并且大多数进口原油都是高酸、高硫原油。这些都是导致油罐腐蚀问题日益严重的原因。必须采取相关的质量可靠性技术对这一问题进行解决,促使油罐的防腐性能得以增强,最终确保油罐的质量的可靠性。

However,our country＇s oil resources are relatively scarce,deep exploitation of crude oil showing more and more serious tendency,and most imported crude oil are high acid,high sulfur crude oil.
