新型混凝土多孔砖目前在油田工程建设中普遍使用,混凝土多孔砖是以水泥、粉煤灰和石屑、砂砾等再利用材料挤压成型的一种新型环保节能墙体材料,结构主体砌筑是土建施工中的重要施工内容,结构墙体砌筑质量好坏直接影响结构安全及后期使用维护,由于凝土多孔砖具有干缩和自收缩大的特点且由于未经烧结稳定性差,同时由于它的抗剪强度远小于抗压强度有硬脆性大的特点;因此在实际砌筑墙体后容易出现裂缝、空鼓、渗漏等质量通病,针对这一实际在样板工程土建施工管理过程中参照常规砌筑、抹灰技术规范结合现场施工管理经验,并在墙体砌筑、抹灰各工序环节进行摸索,同时加强现场质量管理控制,有效预防了墙体开裂、渗漏、空鼓等质量通病。
