摘要
NaClO作为核电厂海水系统的杀生剂,常储存在混凝土容器中。介绍了高浓度混凝土NaClO储存箱的腐蚀问题,分析了腐蚀机理和安全风险,提出了用玻璃纤维增强乙烯基酯树脂衬里替代环氧树脂玻璃钢衬里的方案。经过5年的实践验证了玻璃纤维增强乙烯基酯树脂衬里的高可靠性,有效解决了强腐蚀性化学物质储罐的防腐蚀问题。
NaClO is used as the seawater system biocides in nuclear power plant,usually is stored in concrete container. The corrosion problems of high concentration concrete NaClO storage tank were introduced,the corrosion mechanism and security risks were analyzed. The glass fiber reinforced VE resin lining program was proposed to instead of Epoxy FRP Lining. The high reliability of this program was proved by the operation practice which was last for 5 years,and the corrosion problem of corrosive chemicals tank was effectively solved.
