摘要
空泡腐蚀是在高速运动流体作用下,液体中有空泡产生和溃灭,造成气液和装置接触部位的粗化、破坏,以致于丧失使用性能的一种腐蚀破坏形式。湿法脱硫装置特别是大型湍冲烟气脱硫塔的运行机理使得空泡腐蚀现象更加明显。本文论述了空泡腐蚀在脱硫装置中的形成与防护,特别是大型脱硫装置对于空泡腐蚀现象的应有重视。
Cavitation erosion is a form of corrosion which occurs under the influence of high speed fluid. When there are vacuoles generating and breaking in liquid,it causes coarsening and damage of gasliquid and gear contact area and results in losing its performance. Wet desulphurization device especially the operational mechanism of turbulent flue gas desulfurization tower makes the cavitation erosion worse. This article discusses the formation and protection of cavitation erosion in the desulphurization devices. In particular,large desulphurization devices for cavitation erosion should be valued.
