摘要
田湾核电站主泵诊断系统由就地传感器、振动监视装置和信号存储分析计算机等组成,完成主泵振动、转速和轴位移的测量、存储、显示和信号分析等功能,并将热力工程和振动参数协同处理,向操作人员和维修人员提供主泵运行状态的诊断信息,提供消除主泵运行偏差和故障处理的方法和建议。
Tianwan nuclear power plant reactor coolant pump diagnostic system consists of sensor,vibration monitoring device and the upper level computer.It completes the measurement of the main pump vibration,rotation speed and axial displacement,and storage,display,analysis of signal.It provides diagnostic message about running status of pump,the methods for troubleshooting and eliminating operation deviation to operators and maintenance personnel by data processing of heat-engineering and vibration.
