一种面向多视点视频通信的视点层码率分配方法

摘要 针对三维视频系统中的多视点视频编码码率分配问题,本文提出一种面向多视点视频通信的视点层码率分配方法。通过分析视点间码率分配比例与视点间相关性对应关系,并对多视点视频无码率控制下编码得到的基视点码率占比进行预测,建立了多视点视频基视点码率分配占比的计算模型,同时给出了非基视点的码率分配方案。结果表明,所提出方法与现有视点层固定比例分配码率的方法相比,多视点视频客观质量BD-PSNR(Bj ntegaard delta peak signal-to-noise rate)在视点数量为2和视点数量为3时分别平均提高了0.215d B和0.228d B,在有限的带宽下能够在提高多视点视频编码质量的基础上获得高效的编码效率。
