五音疗法联合针刺、艾灸治疗肝气郁结型抑郁症随机平行对照研究

Randomized Controlled Study of Five Tone Therapy Combined with Acupuncture,Moxibustion for Treatment of Depression of Liver Qi Stagnation

[目的]观察五音疗法联合针刺、艾灸治疗肝气郁结型抑郁症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者按就诊顺序号简单随机分两组。对照组30例米氮平,30mg/次,1次/d。治疗组30例1患者与肝相对应角调式五音疗室平躺,播放箫演奏《中国传统五行音乐(正调式)》,床垫同时将音频信号转换成脉冲信号,发出体感震动,1次/d,20min/次;针刺:膻中、内关、神门、印堂、百会、四神聪、太冲,得气留针,1次/d,20min/次;艾盒灸:肝俞、心俞、膻中,将高10cm左右,直径2cm艾柱点燃放艾灸盒内置三个灸穴上,待艾柱燃至接近1/4时,患者皮感温热潮红时,再易柱施灸,2壮/次,1次/d。连续治疗6周为1疗程。观测临床症状、汉密尔顿抑郁量表、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈8例,显效15例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。对照组痊愈5例,显效12例,显效9例,无效4例,总有效率86.67%。临床疗效两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。HAMD评分两组均有明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组降低优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]五音疗法联合针刺、艾灸治疗肝气郁结型抑郁症,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the five tone therapy combined with acupuncture,moxibustion treatment of liver Qi stagnation type depression patients.[Methods]60 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment.The control group of 30 cases with the medicine of Mi Danping,30mg/ times,1 times /d.The treatment group of 30 cases of patients with liver and corresponding angle adjustable fifth therapy room flat,playing the flute playing ＂China traditional five elements of music（positive mode）＂, ＂wood＂ angle typesound has the characteristic,can promote the body into the liver,Qi ascending and smooth,while the audio signal mattress converted into the pulse signal,a sense of body vibration,1 times /d,20min/ times;Acupuncture： Danz hong,Neiguan,Shenmen,Yintang,Baihui,Sishencong,Taichong,gas needle,1 times /d,20min/ times;Moxibustion： Ganshu,Xinshu,danzhong,with high 10 cm,AI column diameter of 2cm burning into moxibustion box,then moxibustion box placed three moxibustion points,until the moxa burning to close to 1/4,with a sense of warm skin flushing,and easy to post moxibustion,2 Zhuang/times,1 times /d.Continuous treatment for 6 weeks for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,Hamilton depression scale,adverse reactions.Treatment of 1 courses,determine the efficacy.[Results]8 cases were cured,15 cases markedly effective,5 cases effective,2 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.33%.In the control group,5 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 86.67%.There were no significant differences in clinical efficacy between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The HAMD score of the two groups were significantly lower（P〈0.05）,and the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]the five tone therapy combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of liver Qi stagnation type depression,and the results were satisfactory.No serious adverse reactions,worthy of promotion.
