某区企业作业场所空气中苯系物检测结果分析

目的了解深圳市某区2 009-2 01 3年企业作业场所苯系物检测情况,为制订职业病防治策略提供科学依据。方法采用随机抽样方法 ,对某区存在苯系物职业危害因素的企业进行采样,按G B Z/T 1 60.4 2-2 004采用溶剂解吸-气相色谱法进行测定。结果根据检测结果 ,对不同企业、不同年份苯系物含量进行统计学分析,苯系物含量合格率逐年上升,不同经济性质行业苯系物合格率无明显差异。结论某区作业场所2 009-2 01 3年苯系物检测合格率逐年提高,苯系物超标主要以甲苯超标为主,不同经济性质的企业苯系物检测合格率无明显差异,应加强对企业监督指导,加强防护措施和工艺改进。

Objective This article is inorder to understanding the one of the Shenzhen district from 2009 to201 3 enterprises in the workplaces where benzene content inspection situation,to provide scientific basis for occupational disease prevention and control strategies. Methods Using random sampling method,the district is benzene content of occupational hazard factors 4 samples,according to G B Z /T1 60. 4 2- 2004 using solvent desorption gas chromatographic method for determination. Results According to the test Result of different enterprises,different years were benzene content of statistical analysis,benzene content of qualified rate increased year by year,the different nature of the industry,no obvious difference was found between benzene content percent of pass. Conclusion In the workplaces where one district from 2009 to 2013 were benzene content detection qualified rate increased year by year,benzene content exceeds bid mainly toluene exceeding,different economic nature of the enterprise benzene content detection qualified rate has no obvious difference,should strengthen the supervision and guidance of the enterprise,strengthen the protective measures and process improvement.
