化工企业职业病危害因素状况的调查

Investigation of hazard factors of occupational disease in chemical enterprises

目的了解化工企业从业人员接触职业病危害因素的情况,分析职业病危害因素对从业人员健康的影响。方法对濮阳市某化工企业全体从业人员的健康检查结果与现场检测结果相结合进行研究分析。结果接触多种职业病危害因素的从业人员健康检查异常率明显高于接触单一职业病危害因素的从业人员。结论通过职业健康检查,化工企业职业病危害因素(粉尘、噪声、刺激性气体)及其联合作用对从业人员的呼吸系统、消化系统均造成一定的影响,应引起重视。

Objective To Learn the occupational hazard factors in the chemical industry, and analyze the influence of occupational diseases on the health of workers. Methods To study the health examination Result of all employees and the Result of the field deteetion in the air of a chemical enterprise in Puyang.Results The abnormal rate of health examination among the workers exposed to various occupational diseases was significantly higher than those of the workers exposed to a single occupational disease hazard.Conclusion B y the occupational health examination chemical occupational hazards factors（dust,noise,stimulation of gas） and the combined effects cause a certain impact on the respiratory system,digestive system of the practitioners,and should be payed attention to.
