摘要
目的就疾控中心岗位设置及管理策略进行分析与探讨,旨在为相关人员提供借鉴。方法通过前期调研、分析,制定岗位任职条件,规范竞聘工作流程,以绩效考核等方式加强岗位管理。结果科学的岗位设置及岗位管理推进了人员分类管理体系建设进程,有效提高了工作效率。结论加强疾控中心岗位设置工作能够提高疾控机构的工作质量与工作效能,在疾病控制体系的建设中意义重大。
Objective To analyse and discuss position setup and management strategies in Centers for Disease Control(CDC),aiming at to offer references to the relevant personnel. Methods After preliminary research and analysis,the qualification standards of positions should be made,and the recruitment and promotion procedure should be standardized,and the position management should be strengthened by the performance evaluation. Results Scientific position setup and management improves the personnel classification management system setup process, which effectively promotes the working efficiency.Conclusion To strengthen the CDC position setup can better improve the working quality and efficiency of the disease control organizations,which has a significant meaning for the construction of the disease control system.
