腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术(laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair,LIHR)作为一项新技术自20世纪90年代初期发展起来后,由于其具有复发率低、恢复快、术后疼痛轻、损伤小、美观、并发症低等特点,逐渐被医务人员和患者所接受。虽然较开放性手术减少了并发症的发生,但术中和术后仍不可避免的会产生一系列相应的并发症,腹腔镜疝外科医师要了解其并发症发生的原因及防治措施。接受正规的培训,重视手术的基本操作、辨认解剖关系,不断改进和提高手术技巧,根据术者经验和患者情况采取个体化治疗,可以降低并发症的发病率和损害程度。
