摘要
随着现代生产技术的发展,噪声污染已成为世界三大公害之一,引起人们的高度重视。职业性噪声对人体的多器官产生损伤,尤其对听力造成损伤,引起听力的严重损害,主要表现为听力下降。另外对人体有非特异性作用,尤其对心血管系统,主要表现为血压不稳定,甚至可引起血压持续性升高;对心功能的影响导致心率加快、心律不齐、甚至出现ST段及T波异常的改变,表明噪声与高血压、心电图异常之间存在剂量-效应关系。本文就职业性噪声对心血管系统影响的研究进展作一综述。
With the development of modern production technology,noise pollution has become one of the three major public hazards in the world. Occupational noise has caused damage to many organs of human body,especially to the hearing loss. In addition there are non specific effects on the human body,especially on the cardiovascular system,mainly for the unstable blood pressure,even may cause the blood pressure increased;the impact on cardiac function,arrhythmia,and even lead to heart rate,ST and T wave abnormalities in ECG,noise and high blood pressure,abnormal electrocardiogram between dose and effect. In this paper,the effects of occupational noise on cardiovascular system were reviewed.
