某铁路局管内单位职业健康检查率分析

Analysis of occupational health examination rate in Beijing railway bareau

目的了解某铁路局管内单位职工职业健康检查情况,为管内单位更好地开展职业健康检查工作提供对策。方法通过现状调查、查阅资料等方式,搜集某铁路局近5年管内单位职业健康检查工作的有关资料,利用相关统计方法进行分析。结果近5年管内单位职业健康检查率低于路局标准,职业健康检查工作情况有待改善。结论管内单位职业健康检查率低的原因主要在于管内单位职业健康管理不到位,如何完善管内单位职业健康管理体系,是一个需要研究探讨的课题。

Objective To learn the occupational health inspection status of the employees in,Beijing Railway Bareau and provide measures for the better development of occupational health inspection for the units in the management. Methods Through survey,access to information and other means,collect information about the occupational health inspection of a Railway Bureau in the past 5 years,analyse the data by using the relevant statistical methods. Results In the past five years,the occupational health examination rate is lower than the standard of Railway Administration,occupation health inspection work is not optimistic.Conclusion Lower occupational health examination rate is lack of management of occupational health surveillance,how to improve occupational health and safety management system is nesessary.
