优质护理对脑梗死失语患者康复效果的观察

Quality of nursing care observation on effect on the rehabilitation of cerebral infarction patients with aphasia

目的观察优质护理对脑梗死失语患者康复的效果。方法将64例脑梗死失语患者随机分为观察组和对照组各32例。观察组应用优质护理,对照组应用常规护理,应用中国康复中心失语检查法评定患者康复情况,比较两组患者的康复效果。结果观察组言语功能评分(64.1±11.8)明显高于对照组(47.6±8.3),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用优质护理可有效增强脑梗死失语患者的言语功能。

Objective To observe the effect of high quality nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 64 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 32 cases in each group. The observation group was applied with high quality nursing, and the control group was applied to routine nursing care, Application of Chinese Rehabilitation Center Aphasia Checking Method was applied and the rehabilitation effect of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of speech function in the observation group（64.1±11.8）were significantly higher than those in the control group（47.6±8.3）,difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of high quality nursing can effectively improve the speech function of patients with cerebral infarction.
