越鞠丸联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良

Treatment of functional dyspepsia by Yueju pill combined with mosapride

目的研究越鞠丸联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良疗效。方法将82例功能性消化不良患者随机分为观察组和对照组各41例,年龄58～61岁。观察组采用越鞠丸联合莫沙必利治疗,对照组采用莫沙必利治疗,治疗前后对82例患者实施仔细评估症状和实际临床疗效。结果观察组治疗功能性消化不良总有效率（87.80%）明显高于对照组（68.29%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论越鞠丸联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良总体治疗效果明显好于单纯应用莫沙必利,该种联合应用可以作为治疗功能性消化不良方法之一。越鞠丸调理患者气机运化、攻补同施可以改善抑郁状态,并能提高胃肠动力,而与莫沙必利联合应用更加强了胃肠运动功能。提示消化内科医生注意应用具有消除抑郁和促进消化双重功能的中药,配合增强胃肠运动功能的西药治疗消化不良。

Objective To study the effect of Yueju pill combined with mosapride in treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods 82 patients（age 58～61 years）with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 41 cases in each group,the observation group with Yueju pill combined with mosapride in treatment,patients in control group were treated with Mosapride,before and after the treatment of 82 cases of patients underwent a careful assessment of symptoms and clinical practice.Results In the observation group,the total effective rate of functional dyspepsia（87.80%）was significantly higher than that of the control group（68.29%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Yueju pill combined with mosapride in treatment of functional dyspepsia overall treatment effect was significantly better than the simple application of Mosapride,this kind of combination can be used as one of the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Patients with air transport Yue Ju Wan conditioning,with the application of reinforcement can improve depression,and the gastrointestinal motility,and Mosapride combined with more enhanced gastrointestinal function. It suggested that the Chinese herbal medicine,which has the function of eliminating depression and promoting digestion,Can be used to improve the gastrointestinal motility.
