酶联免疫斑点法检测对儿童结核的诊断价值

摘要 目的研究评价应用酶联免疫斑点法(ELISPOT)在儿童结核的诊断价值。方法纳入一家三级甲等医院自2013年3月-2014年6月期间疑似肺结核的儿童72例。结果 40%确诊为肺结核和10%为非活动性结核,ELISPOT在儿童结核诊断的特异性、敏感性、阴性预测值、阳性预测值分别为78.5%、77.7%、84.7%、71.7%。结论 ELISPOT可辅助诊断儿童肺结核,阴性结果可排除肺结核,从而方便临床医师对疾病的诊断。 Objective The purpose of diagnostic value of Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISPOT)application research for evaluation with tuberculosis in children. Methods Into a third grade class-A hospital since March 2013 to 2014 June suspected pulmonary tuberculosis in children 72 cases. Results 40% of the results confirmed pulmonary tuberculosis and 10% for non active tuberculosis ELISPOT in sensitivity specificity in the diagnosis of tuberculosis in children,sensitivity,negative predictive value,positive predictive value were 78.5%、77.7%、84.7%、71.7%. Conclusion ELISPOT can aided diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis in children,negative result can exclude pulmonary tuberculosis,so as to facilitate the clinical doctors in diagnosis of the disease.
