饲用蛋白酶在动物营养与饲料生产中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 饲用蛋白酶因其节约蛋白的作用而备受关注。本文就饲用蛋白酶的分类、酶学特性评价体系以及饲用蛋白酶的作用特征和应用作一综述,着重阐述了饲用蛋白酶的作用特征,即动物种属与年龄依赖性、原料依赖性、蛋白节约效应、与其他酶制剂的协同效应以及额外营养生理效应;具体阐述了在改良饲料原料品质、提高动物生产性能、节约饲料成本、减少N、P排放等方面的应用。饲用蛋白酶的应用要根据动物种属、年龄和生理阶段以及日粮和环境因素进行调整,尤其要利用好蛋白酶的协同效应与其他酶制剂进行复配,以及不同饲用阶段酶制剂的作用与延续性,本文为蛋白酶在饲料生产中更好的应用提供参考。
