一株猪源屎肠球菌的生理功能特性研究

摘要 本研究对一株猪源屎肠球菌(CGMCC9666)的生长特点、耐酸性、耐胆盐性及抑菌性等益生特性进行了评价。结果表明,该菌株生长繁殖速度快、耐受性好,对病原指示菌金黄色葡萄球菌(革兰氏阳性菌)和大肠杆菌(革兰氏阴性菌)的生长有显著抑制作用。
