摘要
磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖3(glypican-3,GPC3)是一种硫酸乙酰肝素糖蛋白,通过糖基化磷酯酰肌醇连接到细胞膜表面。在细胞生长、形态发生和肿瘤发展中有重要作用。近年来的研究表明,GPC3与肝细胞癌的发生、发展关系密切。本文就GPC3在肝癌中的作用及作为肝癌肿瘤标志物的研究进展作一综述。
Glypican-3(GPC3), a heparin sulfate proteoglycan, binds to the cell membrane via glycosyl phosphatidyl inositol anchor. It plays a key role in cell growth, morphogenesis and tumorigenesis. Recent studies have demonstrated that GPC3 significantly attributes to the development and progression of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). In this article, we review the literatures about the role of GPC3 in hepatic carcinogenesis and the advance in the study of GPC3 as a HCC marker.
