摘要
目的探讨内蒙古乌海地区妇女人乳头状瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)感染情况及各亚型的分布。方法回顾分析2008年10月至2015年5月在我院妇科就诊的女性患者3 918例,采用PCR+导流杂交法对其宫颈脱落细胞进行21种HPV基因型检测的结果。结果 3 918例样本中阳性1 957例,感染率为49.95%,21种亚型均有检出。HPV16(12.81%)、HPV52(8.65%)、HPV58(8.58%)、HPV53(5.36%)及CP8304(4.59%)感染率较高,感染年龄主要分布在21岁-49岁,各年龄组间HPV感染率的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论乌海地区妇女HPV感染亚型以HPV16、HPV52、HPV58、HPV53、CP8304为主。HPV感染率与年龄有关。
Objective To study the epidemiology of human papilloma virus(HPV) infection and the distribution of its different subtypes among women in wuhai, Inner Mongolia. Methods 3 918 cases of female patients who visited our gynecologic clinic between October, 2008 and May, 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.PCR and flow-through hybridization were used to test for the 21 genotypes of HPV in the cervical exfoliated cells from the patients. Results Of 3 918 cases, 1 957 were positive for HPV, with the infection rate of 49.95%. All the 21 genotypes were detected, with higher detection rates seen in certain genotypes than others, such as, HPV16(12.81%), HPV52(8.65%), HPV58(8.58%), HPV53(5.36%) and CP8304(4.59%). The highest risk for the infection fell in the age group between 21 and 49 years, and the differences in the infection rates among all age groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion HPV16, HPV52, HPV58, HPV53, and CP8304 were the main genotypes of HPV infecting women in Wuhai area. The infection rate correlates with age.
