英国警察绩效评估改革的启示

摘要 PEEL评估是英国朝警察工作全貌与复杂性评估迈出的重要一步。评估由英国女王陛下警务监察署独立执行,采用各种专项检查的数据资料以及分级评估和描述性评估方法,对英国警察队伍的效率、效能、合法性以及领导力因素进行考核,确保队伍能够科学有效、经济合理地实现预防打击犯罪、保护人民的最终目标。
