968名老年人可摘局部义齿戴用及口腔卫生情况调查

Survey on elderly patients using removable partial denture about oral hygiene in jinan a survey of 968 elderly patients with removable partial denture and oral hygiene

目的:了解济南老年患者戴用可摘局部义齿的使用情况、满意度和口腔卫生保健知识的知晓度,为当地患者提供客观、有效的口腔健康教育指导,为可摘局部义齿的制作提供切实可行的人性化建议。方法:参照全国口腔流行病学调查问卷设计针对活动义齿的问卷,特对济南968名戴用可摘局部义齿的老年患者进行现场问卷调查并进行口腔检查,采用SPSS17.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果:该调查人群中46.54%的患者选择省市级公立医院口腔科或口腔医院就诊,29.07%的患者选择当地卫生院或社区医院口腔科就诊,23.43%的患者选择私立医院或口腔诊所就诊,0.96%的患者选择游医(如集市摆摊牙医等);81.39%的调查者能做到每天早晚刷牙,49.73%的人刷牙时间在3min以上。义齿戴用时间平均7.53年。92%的患者对义齿表示满意。结论:山东省济南市老年人戴用可摘局部义齿的口腔卫生习惯较差,口腔卫生保健意识较弱,应加强对可摘局部义齿戴用患者的口腔卫生宣教,改善患者的口腔卫生状况。

Objective： To This paper investigated the awareness of the oral hygiene knowledge and the satisfaction of the elderly patients using removable partial denture in Jinan, in order to provide the feasible advice suggestion for the design of designing removable partial denture（RPD）. Methods： We designed the questionnaire according to the third country oral health epidemiology questionnaire investigation plan, and did questionnaire survey of Jinan 968 elderly people resident in Jinan, then analyzed data by SPSS 17.0 statistical software. Results： The choices of the elderly patients using RPD on provincial hospitals or municipal hospitals, country hospitals, township hospitals or private practice, and itinerant doctors dentists accounted for 46.54%, 29.07%, 23.43%, 0.96%. The rate of the elderly people who brushed teeth twice and or more every day was 81.39%. The rate of more than 3 minutes in every brush was 49.73% and 49.73% of elderly people brushed their teeth more than 3min The average longevity of the RPD is 7.53 years.92% of the elderly people satisfied with the RPD. Conclusions： The condition of oral health behaviors were poor, the awareness of oral health knowledge was weak, and the rate of treatment was low, so the present situation was in urgent need to be improved. Because of unhealthy oral habits, weak oral health care consciousness, elderly patients with removable partial denture in Jinan City Shandong Province should strengthen oral health knowledge to improve their oral health.
