提高骨质疏松症患者种植体成功率的研究现状

Research status of improving the success rate of implant in patients with osteoporosis patients

骨质疏松症和牙缺失在老年人中伴发率较高,目前种植修复缺失牙是较为理想和科学的修复方法,而骨质疏松症会影响种植体的稳定性,是影响种植成功的风险因素之一,被种植医生列为种植的相对禁忌症。本文就对骨质疏松症患者种植修复的可行性及临床中为提高骨质疏松患症患者种植体成功率运用的几种干预措施研究进展进行综述。

Osteoporosis and missing teeth have a higher incidence rate in aged people, teeth implant is an ideal method for rehabilitation, but stability of implant may be affected by osteoporosis which is a risk factor for implant and regarded as relative contraindications. This review focus on the feasibility of implant in patients with osteoporosis and the methods that can improve success of implant.
