高校毕业生党员就业引领性研究——以黑龙江八一农垦大学为例

在当前就业形势下,如何发挥毕业生党员的就业引领性已成为高校就业工作的重要课题。本文以黑龙江八一农垦大学为例,通过完善毕业生党员的管理与引导机制、加强对毕业生党员的形势政策教育和大学生使命感与责任感教育、完善毕业班级党支部的组织与管理工作等措施来构建毕业生党员长效引领机制,推动高校就业工作的开展。
