摘要 近年来高校毕业生就业形势严峻,高校就业指导部门逐渐重视大学生职业生涯规划理论的研究和实践。本文探讨做好大学生职业生涯规划的意义及目前职业生涯规划理论研究和实践的发展情况,市场营销理论在职业生涯规划和发展中应用的意义,着重阐述市场营销理论、方法、组合策略在职业生涯规划和发展过程中的具体应用情况。通过探讨市场营销理论在职业生涯规划和发展过程中的相关应用,用以加强就业理论研究及相关理论在就业指导中的运用。 In recent years, as the employment situation of college graduates becomes more and more serious, employment guidance department in universities gradually pay attention to the research of the theory and practice of College Students' occupation career planning. In this paper, we study college students' career planning.
