对改良的三种最小抑菌浓度测试方法的探讨 被引量:6

摘要 对传统以肉眼观察浑浊程度判断最小抑菌浓度的测试方法进行了改良,探讨了浊度法、红四唑(TTC)显色法和刃天青显色法3种方法对连翘提取液MIC结果判断的影响。结果表明,刃天青显色法最优。 Minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) which determined by the traditional visual method, may be greatly influenced by the color of the test sample. In order to enhance the accuracy and efficiency, three novel methods including turbidimetric method, TTC chromogenic method and resazurin chromogenic method, were studied. It is showed that the resazurin chromogenic method is rapid, accurate, and suitable for MIC test of colored material such as Forsythia Extract.
