南海断续线对于捍卫中华民族在南海的"祖权"、坚守南海的战略价值和资源价值等,具有至关重要的意义。但两岸在共同维护南海断续线方面,也面临着台湾当局意愿不足、岛内民进党等在野势力有意掣肘、美日多方施压等困境。未来两岸应当在概念协同、共识凝聚、对外传播、制度创设等方面积极努力,形成两岸同心协力、共同维护中华民族合法权益的互动新态势。

It has a vital significance for the South China Sea intermittent line to safeguard our national sovereignty over the South China Sea and maintain its strategic and resources value. However, the two sides across Taiwan Straits are facing some challenges in cooperation in this field, including the lack of will of the Taiwan authorities, the obstruction of Democratic and Progressive Party and the pressure from US and Japan. In the future, the writer believes, the two sides should work together to form the new situation of interaction in jointly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the Chinese nation in the fields of the concept collaboration, the consensus cohesion, external communication and system construction.
