钟怡雯散文中的南洋书写及其限制

On Nanyang Writing in Choong Yee Voon's Prose and its Limits

钟怡雯的散文书写已经是同辈人中的佼佼者,这无论是在台湾文坛,还是大马文化界皆如此。其南洋书写颇具功力,她善于刻写自我、家族的人生体验,亦能够结合时空、地方感加以丰富,层次井然。另外,她善于经营情感结构,文字书写和想象力中有狐猫合体的风格,同时又因为她善于台马互看的对视策略,更让其散文兼具两方面的带入感而备受欢迎。但钟怡雯在南洋历史的挖掘深度、思想哲理的厚度上尚有欠缺,而其书写套路及文字修炼方面亦略显单薄,并未真正反映出朴素简单节制之后的美感和直抵人心的杀伤力,故尚有提升空间。

As an outstanding essay writer in her peer group, Choong Yee Voon is very famous not only in Taiwan litera- ture, but also in Malaysia. She shows great skill in her writing, and is especially good at writing self and family life experi- ence, which can be done in combination with time and space, rich sense of place and good arrangement and coherence. Fur- thermore, she is also adept at constructing emotional structure, writing and imagination. On the other hand, as she is skilled in using the face-to-face visual strategy between Taiwan ＆ Malaysia, her writing with typical style of her own becomes quite spe- cial and popular. However, Choong＇s writing has its limits in depth of excavation of Nanyang history and thickness of philoso- phy thought and still leaves room to be improved in her writing and writing practice.
