肿瘤微环境中肿瘤相关巨噬细胞的研究进展 被引量:29

摘要 肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAM)在肿瘤微环境中扮演重要角色。根据功能表型不同,将巨噬细胞大致分为M1型(经典活化巨噬细胞)和M2型(替代活化巨噬细胞)。根据活化因子类型的不同,M2型TAM又分为M2a、M2b、M2c三个亚型。M1型巨噬细胞参与炎症反应,清除体内病原体,参与抗肿瘤免疫。而M2型巨噬细胞具有抗炎症反应,修复损伤的功能并促进肿瘤形成。TAM接近于M2型巨噬细胞,它能为肿瘤的进展提供有利的微环境。临床研究表明TAM在肿瘤中的浸润与预后不良密切相关。靶向TAM可能成为一种新的治疗肿瘤的方法。文章对巨噬细胞的募集及巨噬细胞浸润与肿瘤血管侵袭、转移、免疫抑制等的关系进行综述。
