摘要
目的:探求身体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)、腰臀比(waist-hip ratio,WHR)、腰围(waist circumference,WC)与其他体脂指标之间的相关性,建立BMI与其他体脂指标的线性关系,推导出糖尿病手术适应证的参考指标。方法:选取2型糖尿病患者共44例,测量BMI、WHR、WC、全身体脂率(Whole body%FM)、男性安卓区域体脂率(Android%FM)、女性基诺区域体脂率(Gynoid%FM)、上肢体脂率(Arms%FM)、下肢体脂率(Legs%FM)、躯干体脂率(Trunk%FM),推导出各项之间的相关系数,并分别对BMI与Whole body%FM、Android%FM、WC、WHR进行回归分析。结果:针对BMI与WC与Whole body%FM、Android%FM、Gynoid%FM、Arms%FM、Legs%FM、Trunk%FM均为显著正相关(P<0.05);而WHR则均未有显著相关性(P>0.05)。而WC、WHR、Whole body%FM、Android%FM与BMI之间具有显著线性关系,根据线性关系可推导出相应指标范围。结论:BMI与WC与各项体脂指标均有显著正相关性,BMI、WC、WHR之间相互显著正相关。BMI与WC、WHR、Whole body%FM、Android%FM具有显著线性关系,上述选取的体脂指标可作为筛选减重手术患者的参考。
Objective: To seek for the value of correlation coefficient between body mass index( BMI),waist to hip ratio( WHR),waist circumference( WC) and other indicators,and calculate linear relationship of BMI and other indicators of body fat to deduce the range of these indicators according to BMI. Methods: Forty-four patients with type 2 diabetes were chosen,then the values of BMI,WC,WHR,Whole body % FM,Android % FM,Gynoid % FM,Arms % FM,Legs % FM,Trunk % FM were mesured. Thus the value of correlation coefficient between BMI,WC,WHR and other fat indicators was deducted,then the BMI and WC,WHR,Whole body% FM,Android % FM were regressively analyzed. Results: The results of correlation between BMI,WC and other fat indicators are all significantly positive. Whereas WHR had no significant correlation with those indicators( P〉0. 05). Through regression analysis,authors could get the formulas between BMI and WC,WHR,Whole body % FM,Android % FM,then deduce the range of WC,WHR,Whole body % FM,and Android % FM accordingly. Conclusions: BMI and WC have significantly positive correlation with other fat indicators,and BMI,WC,WHR have positive correlation significantly with each other as well. WC,WHR,Whole body % FM,and Android% FM can be used as reference to screen surgery patients.
