糖尿病对人类健康造成了极大的威胁,然而目前病因仍然未明。传统的内科治疗方法无法有效地控制糖尿病及其相关并发症。近20年来外科治疗糖尿病的疗效引起了临床医师的广泛关注。随着微创外科技术的快速发展,手术治疗糖尿病的方法已经成为糖尿病综合治疗策略的重要措施。本文对手术治疗糖尿病的历史演进、疗效及展望做一综述。

Diabetes has caused great threat to human health. However, so far its etiology is not clear yet. Traditional medical treatment cannot treat diabetes and related complications effectively. The curative effect of surgical treatment for diabetes has caused wide attention of clinicians for nearly two decades. With the rapid development of minimally invasive surgical techniques, the method of surgical treatment for diabetes has became the important measures of diabetes comprehensive treatment strategy. The historical evolution of surgical treatment for diabetes, curative effect and prospect will be introduced in this article.
