摘要
探讨中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)在2型糖尿病肾病(DN)患者中的临床意义。选取2型糖尿病患者292例,分为无DN组和DN组,另外选择304例健康人作为对照组。比较对照组与糖尿病组、无DN组和DN组的生化指标及NLR,采用Logistic回归分析DN的影响因素。糖尿病组NLR水平明显高于对照组(P=0.001);DN组NLR值明显高于无DN组(P=0.002)。Logistic回归分析表明:NLR、总胆固醇、肌酐、糖化血红蛋白为DN的危险因素。因此,NLR在DN患者中升高,是DN的独立危险因素,可预测DN的发生。
To discuss the clinical significance of the neutrophil lymphocyte ratio （NLR） in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy （DN）. The authors selected 292 type 2 diabetic patients, divided them into the non-DN group and the DN group, selected 304 additional patients as the control group, compared biochemical criterion and NIR in both the control group and the diabetic group, the non-DN group and the DN group, respectively, and adopted logistic regression analysis to discuss influence factors of DN. NLR level in the diabetic group was obvious higher than the control group （P=0.001）, and NLR in the DN group was apparently higher than the non-DN group （P=0.002）. Logistic regression analysis indicates that： NLR, total cholesterol, creatinine and glycosylated hemoglobin were dangerous factors of DN. Therefore, NLR rose in patients with DN, was independent dangerous factors of DN and can predict occurrence of DN.
