Shazitang （a street in Yuhua, a district in Changsha, capital of Central China＇s Hunan Province） Police Station on January 21 issued a warning to a man who had beaten his wife. Police warned the man that they would impose stiff penalties if he continued to abuse his wife. The man was the sixth person to receive such a warning since November 27, 2015, when the police station began issuing warnings to perpetrators of domestic violence.
