摘要
Early childhood development is crucial not only for a person＇s individual health and physical development, but also for his/her cognitive, social and emotional development. As such, the All-China Women＇s Federation （ACWF）, in collaboration with the United Nations Children＇s Fund （UNICEF）, in 2013 implenlented tile Early Childhood Development （ECD） and Integrated Early Childhood Development （IECD） programs. The 1ECD program was implemented in poverty-stricken areas of the country.
