摘要
利用具有FID检测器的气相色谱仪,建立了测定烷基糖苷磺酸盐中间体中环氧氯丙烷质量浓度的分析方法。二氯甲烷对烷基糖苷磺酸盐中间体中的环氧氯丙烷进行萃取,采用HP-5气相色谱柱进行分离,FID检测器检测,外标法定量。结果表明,环氧氯丙烷质量浓度为14.7~147.0μg/m L具有良好的线性相关性,相关系数为0.999 8。按10S/N计算,得到环氧氯丙烷的定量限为2.6μg/m L,加标回收率为92.7%~106.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.9%~4.8%(n=6)。
A method for deter mination of the mass concentration of epichlorohydrin in alkyl polyglucoside sulfonate inter mediates was established by using a gas chromatograph equipped with FID detector. The sample was extracted by CH_2Cl_2, analyzed by HP-5 GC column, detected by FID detector, and then quantified with the external standard method. The results showed that epichlorohydrin had a good linear relationship in the range of 14.7~147.0 μg/m L(r =0.999 8), the limit of quantitation was 2.6 μg/m L(10S/N). The recovery rate was 92.7%~106.2% and the RSD was 2.9%~4.8%(n=6).
