衡水地区儿童急性呼吸道感染病原体病原学研究分析

The etiological research and analysis of pathogen in children acute respiratory tract infection in Hengshui area

目的分析衡水地区常见呼吸道感染病原体的流行特点,同时探讨呼吸道九联检在临床应用中的意义。方法空腹采集305例本院儿科呼吸道感染患儿的静脉血,分离血清后采用间接免疫荧光法检测患儿血清中的9种呼吸道感染病原体的Ig M抗体,并对其结果进行比较分析。结果 305例患儿血清标本中共有123例检出病原体,检出阳性率为40.33%。其中肺炎支原体阳性率最高,为25.57%。病原体混合感染类型中MP＋IFNB感染类型最常见。其中婴儿组（≤1岁）病原体检出率高于幼儿组（1岁~3岁）和儿童组（3岁~12岁）。结论肺炎支原体在儿童急性呼吸道感染中占主要地位,同时病毒的检出率与年龄、性别、时间有关。幼儿组（≤1岁）病原体感染率最高,男性感染率高于女性,12月-次年2月为病毒感染高峰期,从而为临床预防和治疗提供依据。

Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of pathogens in children common respiratory tract in Hengshui area,and to discuss the clinical significance of nine combined tests in respiratory tests. Methods Fast blood was collected from305 cases of children with respiratory tract infection in our hospital. After the separation of serum,the Ig M antibody of nine kinds of respiratory tract infection pathogens in the serum were detected by indirect immunofluorescence tests,and the results were compared and analyzed. Results 123 specimens were detected with pathogen from the 305 cases of children serum samples,and the positive rate was 40. 33%. mycoplasma pneumonia was detected with the highest positive rate of 25. 57%. Among the pathogens mixed infection type,MP ＋ IFNB infection was the most popular. The pathogen detection rate in baby group（ 1year or less） was higher than the children group（ 1- 3 years old） and children group（ 3- 12 years old）. Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumoniae dominates in children with acute respiratory infection,at the same time,the detection rate of virus was related with age,gender and time. The pathogen infection rate in baby group（ 1 year or less） is the highest,with male infection rate higher than women. The peak of virus infection was from December to next February,so as to provide basis for clinical prevention and treatment.
