2010年-2014年舟山地区幽门螺杆菌感染的分布特征及其变迁

Distribution characteristics and changes of Helicobacter pylori infections in Zhoushan from 2010 to 2014

目的探讨舟山地区人群幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染的分布特征及年度变迁。方法采用免疫金标法对2010年-2014年共2 296例患者进行血清Hp检测。结果共检出401例Hp阳性,阳性率为17.47%,其中男性306例,阳性率为20.97%;女性104例,阳性率为12.43%,男性阳性率高于女性,差异具有统计学意义（χ^2=23.41,P〈0.01）。2010年-2014年Hp阳性率分别为10.10%、12.54%、14.79%、19.75%、23.48%,其中2013年、2014年阳性率均高于其前一年,差异具有统计学意义（χ~2值分别为28.10、12.87,P〈0.01）。2010年-2012年男性Hp阳性率均高于女性,差异具有统计学意义（χ^2值分别为9.27、16.77、21.96,P〈0.01）。结论舟山地区人群Hp感染率低于国内平均水平,近年来应加强对30岁以上人群血清Hp阳性率的监控。

Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics and changes of Helicobacter pylori（ Hp） infection in Zhoushan from 2010 to 2014. Methods Hp infection in serum of 2 296 from 2010 to 2014 was detected by immuno gold- labeled assay. Results A total of 401 cases were detected as Hp positive with the positive rate of 17. 47%,among whom 306 cases were male with the positive rate of 20. 97%; 104 cases were female with the positive rate of 12. 43%; the positive rate of male was higher than female,and the difference was statistically significant（ χ~2= 23. 41,P〈0. 01）. Hp positive rates from 2010 to 2014 were 10. 10%,12. 54%,14. 79%,19. 75%,23. 48%,respectively. The Hp positive rates in 2013 and 2014 were significantly higher than that of the previous years,with the differences statistical significant（ χ~2= 28. 10,12. 87,P〈0. 01）. From2010 to 2012,the positive rate of Hp in male was higher than that in female,and the difference was statistically significant（ χ~2= 9. 27,16. 77,21. 96,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The infection rate of Hp in Zhoushan is lower than the national average rate. In recent years,the monitoring of the positive rate of Hp in the serum of people over the age of 30 should be strengthened.
