省干高清互动电视承载网设计及在广东广电的应用

Design of Provincial HD iTV Backbone Bearer Network and Its Application in GDCATV

发展高清互动电视业务是广电网络参与三网融合竞争的重要手段,作为省级广电网络公司,全省高清互动电视用户数达百万级以上,因此要求省干高清互动电视承载网具备可扩展性高、业务支撑能力强、安全可靠、简单易维护等特点,本文从网络架构、路由协议、网络安全等方面对省干高清互动电视承载网提出了设计思路和方案,并对广东广电省干高清互动承载网的应用及运行情况进行了介绍。

Cable Broadcasting Tv Network Co.,Ltd.（CATV） has attached high importance to development of the high-definition（HD） interactive TV（iTV） service in order to take the lead in the fierce competition in the era of TV,telephony,and Internet network convergence.As a provincial cable TV network operator,CATV provides the HD iTV service to millions of subscribers.Therefore,the provincial HD iTV backbone bearer network must be highly scalable,powerful in supporting services,secure,reliable,simple,and easy to maintain.This article proposes a design for and a solution to the provincial HD iTV backbone bearer network in regard to the network architecture,routing protocol,and network security.It further introduces the application and operation of the provincial HD iTV backbone bearer network in the Guangdong Cable Broadcasting Tv Network Co.Ltd（GDCATV）.
