CXC趋化因子配体10(CXCL10)在狼疮肾炎中作用的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 狼疮肾炎(LN)是指系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)合并双肾组织不同程度免疫性损害,同时具有明显肾功能损伤临床表现的一种自身免疫性疾病,是导致慢性肾功能衰竭的一个重要原因。典型的LN诊断并不困难,但早期、不典型或轻型LN,易漏诊或误诊。许多研究表明,CXC趋化因子配体10(CXCL10)在LN病理发展过程中起重要作用,可以作为一个敏感的生物标志物,提高LN诊断的敏感性。本文回顾CXCL10及其受体CXC趋化因子受体3(CXCR3)的结构和生物学功能,阐述其在LN中的作用,以期对LN临床诊断及病理发展的控制有所帮助。
